CEO & President
JAS Performance Horses is owned by Jodie Strait of Huntersville, NC. Somewhere in her DNA the horse gene popped out of non-horsey family. She started riding at the age of 6 and has never looked back. Growing up in Northern California allowed her to meet some of the greatest working horses of all time and ingrained in her a passion to see a horse that is able to perform as well as be an enjoyable member of the family.
Jodie is a member of the AQHA, APHA and PtHA.
COO & CIO
Steve supports the corporation information technology and daily operations. He also allows the CEO to do whatever the heck she wants and practically throws her out of the house to go to horse shows.
If drug to a horse show, his only request is that the hotel has high speed internet access! Oh, and if there is a Starbucks nearby, that is good too.
Vice President
Sean professes to like horses, loves playing in the living quarters trailer, but hates dirt, horse smell, and insects. Sean supports the horses by practicing his golf swing and hopefully supporting his parents by becoming the next Tiger Woods.
